Couture

'Couture' is the design project of BDCI design studio. This design project, which reveals bdci's unique design perspective and sense, was born when the craft process that creates elaborate and beautifully and an industrial design approach met. It is a design that is not mass-produced, but a small-scale production process. It expresses from technical internal design to beautiful exterior design, and synographic elements.

The Couture, which shares BDCI's unique design perspective and sensibility, seeks to combine a meticulously crafted production process with an industrial design approach.

Through a made-to-order system, it designs products that embody the finest details and craftsmanship.

We are highly interested in actively utilizing both digital and physical methods to deliver and implement unique experiences that can be used in everyday life.

We place great importance on user emotions beyond technology and functionality, the communication between users and objects, and their relationship with the environment. Currently, we are particularly focused on the continuous exploration of user emotions, materials, and light.

1st Couture ㅡ
Twohands

In the first Couture collection, through the hand sanitizer called Twohands, we propose a new concept of purification.

Along with this, in the first exhibition Transience of Immaculate, we expressed the sentiment brought from hygiene and sanitation.

The second Couture is the emotional intelligence lighting, Lullaby. Lullaby provides a small but sufficient light to brighten your surroundings as you fall asleep in the dark, always staying by your side no matter where you are.
